Guarantee - Warranty

Payment and Shipping Policy  -  Mack Amps Privacy Policy

If at any time within two weeks of receiving your Mack Amps order you would like to return it, email me and I will refund your money including the shipping costs and tax you paid when you bought the gear, no questions asked.  Note: tax is paid/refunded by/to Canadian customers only.

I am personally committed to ensuring that you are delighted with our gear.  And, I want you to feel safe buying online from Mack.

I know that buying a guitar amp online can seem risky. That's why we offer this guarantee.

I am confident that you will love your new Mack rig.  However, if for any reason you don't, you'll get the original purchase price including outbound shipping and sales tax refunded.

Don Mackrill - President and Founder, Mack Amps
