Mack Amps 10 Year Warranty
AMPS: Heatseeker HS-18, Skyraider SR-15, Gem 2G.
If your amp develops a problem within 10 years of delivery, send it back. Mack Amps will make the repair for free. 10 year warranty covers the entire amp except for tubes, cables, lamps/bulbs/LEDs/indicators all of which carry a 90-day warranty after delivery.

12 month warranty on cabinet, manufacturer's warranty on speaker.
PICKUPS: 12 month warranty
Phone us or use our shopping site to get a Return Authorization number and work out the shipping details. Have your serial number handy (it’s on the back of the amp).

Now for the legal bit:
Warranty repairs, including parts replacement, will be made using current technology and components and will be made without any charge to you, other than transportation. All shipping costs and arrangements will be borne by the owner of the product and are the owner’s responsibility.
All warranty work requires prior Mack Music Systems Limited authorization.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage to the amplifier caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect or acts of God. Unauthorized modifications or repairs will void this warranty. Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity, or other environmental conditions will not be covered by this warranty.
This warranty does not cover and will not be responsible for damage incurred in or resulting from shipment or accident in transit, including inadequate packaging and preparation, or acts of God. If you return your amplifier to Mack Music Systems Limited for warranty or non-warranty repair, proper packaging and protection of the amplifier in preparation for transit is your best assurance of a safe journey via any commercial carrier.

How do I pay?
Mack Amps uses Stripe and PayPal to securely process payment transactions. Between these two services we accept all major credit cards and payment via a PayPal account..
Canadian customers pay appropriate federal and provincial taxes. Shipments originate in British Columbia and/or Ontario.
Customers outside of Canada do not pay taxes.
Mack products are shipped within North America via Canada Post to Canadian customers and Canada Post/USPS to customers in the United States. Your order will be about one week in transit. If you want your order faster please send an email.
If you live outside of North America please call or email for availability and pricing.
