The Ragin Cajun does a great job of balancing rich cleans with complex overdriven and distorted tones.
Plus, it is an articulate speaker, which works well with the Gem's low power capabilities. When playing a low volume it helps to have a speaker that doesn't lose its definition when driven well below its power rating.
The Mack 1X10 cabinet is a typical open back design. However, its ability to produce full sound and LOTS of volume - even when driven by the 4 watt Gem - is surprising... and fun!
