The Details

  1. 14 day Trial Period.  The Trial Period commences when you accept delivery of your Mack Music Systems Limited (Mack) order.
  2. If, during the Trial Period you decide, for any reason, to return your Mack product, immediately notify us of your intention via email (Don@MackAmps.com). 
  3. Upon receipt of your email we will reply via email acknowledging your request and within one business day arrange for a free return shipment via UPS or Canada Post/USPS.
  4. Within one business day of receiving the return shipment, Mack will refund your payment in full including shipping and taxes (taxes apply to Canadian customers only) and send you a $50 PayPal payment or a $50 Amazon or iTunes gift certificate.
  5. The refund will be processed using the same method by which the original purchase was made: PayPal or credit card.
  6. You are responsible for carefully repackaging the returned item(s) in its original shipping container.
  7. If a product is returned damaged and Mack determines, at its sole discretion, that the damage is the result of faulty return packaging or mishandling or misuse during the trial period, this guarantee is null and void.
  8. If you notify us that your Mack product is damaged or otherwise faulty after the Trial Period expires (meaning we receive your email notification more than 14 days after you accept delivery), we will immediately commence handling your situation as a warranty claim and will not refund your money and will not pay you $50.
  9. If you notify us that you simply do not like or want your Mack purchase after the Trial Period expires, Mack will not accept the return of your purchase, will not refund your money and will not pay you $50.

Mack Amps can't refund international/non-North American shipping costs and we can't pay for international/non-North American return shipping.
