Mack Music Systems - Payment Policy.

What’s the deal?

We start building your order after we receive payment for one half of its value.

We ship your order after we receive payment for the other half of its value and the shipping charges. 

You’ll get an email a day or two in advance of your order’s ship date to give you time to make the second payment without delaying delivery.

Simple!

Trial period

You have a 48 hour trial period to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

How do I pay?

You can pay online using our secure system via PayPal or with a credit card.

Taxes

Canadian customers pay appropriate federal and provincial taxes.  Shipments originate in Ontario.

Customers outside of Canada do not pay taxes.

Shipping

All Mack products are shipped UPS ground.  This means it takes about a week to get to you.  If you want your order faster please send an email.

The shipping cost includes all charges including insurance.

On delivery, the UPS delivery person will ask for your signature so we know you got your order.
