So, what are the differences? The power output tubes. The Heatseeker line is based on EL84 output tubes ... think Marshall 18 watt or Vox AC-15/30. The Skyraider line is based on 6V6 output tubes ... think Fender Deluxe and the like. So, which one is for you? Here`s some info to help you decide.
