If You’re Not Happy With Your Mack Product...
Return it.
You’ve got a 48 hour trial period.
The 48 hour trial period commences when you accept delivery of your Mack Music Systems Limited (Mack) order.
If, within the trial period you decide your Mack product(s) is damaged, does not work, or if you feel it has been misrepresented, and you want to return it, Mack will pay for the return shipping.
If, during the trial period you decide you don't like it or you have changed your mind and do not want to purchase a Mack product(s), we’ll take it back no questions asked, but you pay for return shipping.
Once we receive the product back in its as-shipped condition, Mack will refund your payment in full the same way it was paid.
Note: If you want to return your product(s) you must notify us WITHIN the trial period by EMAIL to request a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions BEFORE returning the item.
If you notify us that your Mack product is damaged or otherwise faulty after the trial period expires (meaning we receive your email notification more than 48 hours after you accept delivery), we will immediately commence handling your situation as a warranty claim.
If you notify us that you simply do not like or want your Mack purchase after the trial period expires, Mack will not accept return of your purchase and will not refund your payment.
(Sorry, no refund of international/non-North American shipping costs.)
