Warranty

If it breaks within 12 months of delivery, send it back, Mack Music will make the repair for free and you pay the freight.

The above covers the entire amp except for tubes, cables, light bulbs and indicators all of which carry a 90-day warranty after delivery.

Phone us to get a Return Authorization number and work out the shipping details.  Have your serial number handy (it’s on the back of the amp).

That’s it!  Simple!

Now for the legal bit:

Warranty repairs, including parts replacement, will be made using current technology and components and will be made without any charge to you, other than transportation.  All shipping costs and arrangements will be borne by the owner of the instrument and are the owner’s responsibility.
 
All warranty work requires prior Mack Music Systems Limited authorization.
 
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage to the amplifier caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect or acts of God.  Unauthorized modifications or repairs will void this warranty.  Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity, or other environmental conditions will not be covered by this warranty. 

This warranty does not cover and will not be responsible for damage incurred in or resulting from shipment or accident in transit, including inadequate packaging and preparation, or acts of God.  If you return your amplifier to Mack Music Systems Limited for warranty or non-warranty repair, proper packaging and protection of the amplifier in preparation for transit is your best assurance of a safe journey via any commercial carrier.
